Adult Hip Hop
Our adult classes are run on a drop-in basis. If you wish to attend a class, please call or text the studio at 608-797-2547, or email Sadie at email@example.com at least two days in advance. You can also stop in and sign up at the front desk. Classes with less than four participants may be cancelled by the close of business hours the previous day.
Our drop-in rate is $10 per class. We sell Adult Class punch cards that include 12 classes for $100. This punch card can be used for ANY adult class that we offer.
Your very first class is always FREE, so don't be afraid to try it out!
We ask that you wear fitted athletic clothes to all adult classes.
Barre workout will focus on your whole body using movements based in ballet, Pilates, yoga, conditioning, and stretching. Classes focus on posture, strength, alignment, core work, and flexibility. Barre workout is designed to be a low impact fitness class and is perfect for all abilities.
Socks, bare feet, or ballet shoes are appropriate footwear for this class.
Focusing on classical technique, Adult Ballet is geared toward beginner or intermediate dancers who would like to gain flexibility, range of motion, and confidence in ballet. In this class you will also learn choreography from various classical and contemporary ballets. Whether you are a first time dancer or long time dancer, this class is for you!
Socks or ballet shoes are appropriate for this class.
For beginner tappers or tap dancers who like to keep their technique fresh, this class will help you pair new and exciting rhythms with music. This class will be upbeat and help strengthen and stretch your body.
Tap shoes are required for this class and can be purchased new or used in our retail store.
This class is geared toward the beginning hip hop dancer. Class will cover basic hip hop technique. You will learn fun upbeat choreography to current songs. This class is a blast! If you have ever wanted to try hip hop this class is for you.
Clean tennis shoes are appropriate footwear for this class.

In this class and in your Pilates training, we challenge the body to move in all directions to create your core powerhouse, build your strength, flexibility, and mobility, while also improving your mental and physical wellbeing.
Pilates Method is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Please bring your mat to class. We have a few available at the stuido. A water bottle for class is also recommended.
